Each month promotion announcements are posted under Company News on the TELCOR website. TELCOR congratulates the following employees on their recent promotions this quarter.

Camille Anderson, Bilingual Patient Service Representative II, RCS

Anderson joined TELCOR in June 2022.

Ben Bevins, Senior Implementation Analyst, RCM Implementation

Joining TELCOR in January 2021, Bevins has built strong connections with customers, becoming their go-to advisor for important business decisions to achieve their revenue goals. He’s known for his ability to achieve success in any task, from leading new development projects to assisting pathology customers with complex requirements. In his new role, Bevins will lead implementation projects and utilize metrics post go-live to assist customers in maximizing their ROI.

Jessica Bornemeier, Operations and Payer Access Supervisor, RCS

Joining TELCOR in March 2021, Bornemeier is passionate about her work and dedicated to supporting TELCOR customers and co-workers alike. She takes on her work with a positive attitude, allowing for collaboration and communication. In her new role as Operations and Payer Access Supervisor, Bornemeier will take ownership of projects identified to improve the efficiency and quality of TELCOR RCS.

Brad Fullerton, Senior Support Analyst, POC

Since joining TELCOR in March 2020, Fullerton has dedicated himself to continuous learning and improvement through his troubleshooting experiences. An integral part of the team, he consistently demonstrates reliability and a diligent work ethic. In his new role, Fullerton will serve as a valuable resource for fellow support analysts, adeptly addressing escalated cases and delivering solutions that meet customers’ needs.

Nicole Gunn, Claim Resolution Specialist, RCS

Since joining TELCOR in June 2022, Gunn has excelled in resolving complex denials and has been a proactive team player. She is always eager to learn and assist her teammates with clarity on issues. In her new role, Gunn will continue to resolve claims and provide support and guidance to her co-workers.

Amanda Harms, Senior Service Analyst, RCM Service

Since joining TELCOR in September 2021, Harms has capitalized on her strong work ethic and tenacity to consistently go the extra mile for TELCOR customers. She serves as a role model for the RCM Service team and is an invaluable asset to our customers. In her new role as Senior Service Analyst, Harms will continue to provide and promote service excellence while also determining the priority of issues.

Jennifer Heiser, Director of Special Customer Projects, POC

Since joining TELCOR in March 2011, Heiser has excelled in a diverse range of roles, mastering many TELCOR POC processes. Her commitment to the team is unwavering, as she readily adapts to support team goals, whether it involves assisting customers or mentoring teammates. As the Director of Special Customer Projects, Heiser will spearhead customized initiatives to meet customer needs and provide valuable feedback to management.

Caeli Hermsen, Claim Resolution Specialist, RCS

Joining TELCOR in June 2022, Hermsen has assisted with two of TELCOR’s most complex RCS customers. Despite her heavy workload, she consistently delivers high-quality results and exceeds expectations. In her new role, Hermsen will continue to thoroughly research and take appropriate steps to investigate and find solutions for her customers’ rejected claims and denials.

Micah Kisker, Installation Support Manager, POC

Joining TELCOR in November 2015, Kisker began on the Reception team before transitioning to the POC Support team, where he mastered testing assistance and troubleshooting. He excels at improving processes and continuous education to ensure customers succeed. In his new role, Kisker will collaborate with the POC Installation team, engaging in the review, validation, and troubleshooting of scheduled upgrades, upholding the enhancement of TELCOR QML®.

Carrie Kotil, Vice President, RCM Sales

Carrie Kotil joined TELCOR in July 2015 with the RCM Service team before transitioning to RCM Sales in 2017. Read her full promotion announcement here.

Sarah Lanik-Frain, Installation Support Analyst, POC

Since joining TELCOR in January 2021, Lanik-Frain has assisted in numerous process improvement projects in addition to updating documentation on various POC implementation procedures. Her attention to detail, strong drive, and positive work attitude have led her to success in many projects, including those at the enterprise level. In her new role, Lanik-Frain will assist with TELCOR POC installation and upgrades.

Kaly McCormick, Patient Service Representative II, RCS

McCormick joined TELCOR in February 2021.

Brittany Mueller, Senior Revenue Cycle Supervisor, RCS

Joining TELCOR in June 2021, Mueller has been a vital member of the Medicaid team. Her contribution has been significant, fearlessly taking on formidable projects. Recently, she assisted a client with obtaining a settlement for over a year’s worth of unpaid claims. In her new role within the Remittance department, Mueller will utilize her expertise in payment posting and refunds to lead the Credits/Refunds team.

JoHanna Mundt, Director of Revenue and Receivables, Accounting

Joining TELCOR in March 2016, Mundt has managed the reconciliation and reporting of accounts receivable for all product lines. She’s been diligent in identifying and implementing process improvements to maximize accounting team efficiency. In her new role, Mundt will continue to work closely with other departments, while leading the team responsible for the Point of Care and Revenue Cycle Management product line’s revenue and accounts receivable.

Bryce Petersen, Senior Customer Engagement Manager, RCM Implementation

Since joining TELCOR in April 2017, Petersen has consistently exceeded expectations by actively engaging in multiple teams beyond his assigned duties, including the Invoice and Upgrade teams. He showcased his exceptional leadership skills as he guided the Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) Validation team in developing a comprehensive validation process for all new versions. In his new role, Petersen will directly manage implementation projects and staff, ensuring successful go-lives for TELCOR customers.

Barbie Steele, Senior Revenue Cycle Supervisor, RCS

Since joining TELCOR in August 2019, Steele’s dedication and expertise in a variety of roles have been instrumental in the success of multiple TELCOR Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) teams. Her exceptional ability to investigate and resolve issues, particularly in Blue Cross Blue Shield processing and out-of-network, paid-to-patient claims, has been invaluable to the organization. In her new role, Steele will continue to collaborate with leadership and other RCS departments, driving process improvements and ensuring the success of TELCOR customers.

Ashley Walker, Lead Operations Associate, Reception

Walker joined TELCOR in June 2022.

Amy Weatherl, Product Specialist Team Manager, POC

Since joining TELCOR in March 2016, Weatherl has played a pivotal role in shaping the streamlined processes, team dynamics, and innovative solutions that define the TELCOR PPC team today. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to foster strong connections, both among TELCOR colleagues and with our customers. In her new role as Product Specialist Manager, she will continue to deliver exceptional value and share her expertise with customers, all the while leading her team to achieve the same level of excellence.
